I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a beautiful mountainous area. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely view of the mountains. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making me feel very welcome. The food at the hotel's restaurant was excellent, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. I had a wonderful experience and wish I could have stayed longer.

We loved that we could store our mountain bikes in the ski room and the ski lift was right next door for some jaw-dropping days of lift-assisted biking. The free parking and the nearby restaurant were an added bonus. , the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel had everything we needed for both kids and adults, and the 360 degree mountain views from every room were absolutely breathtaking. The village itself was also stunning, with plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling, as well as an open-air pool. The spacious and clean rooms, along with the lovely bathroom, made our stay even more enjoyable. With all these amenities and the great value for money, we can't wait to go back to this fantastic hotel again.

My experience was less than satisfactory due to poor Christmas decorations and lack of festive spirit. They could have put more effort into decorating, and perhaps even offered a small gift to guests to make it a more memorable and enjoyable stay.

We had a great time during our New Year's celebration at the Austrian hotel. Two aspects we particularly liked were the excellent food and the friendly staff who made us feel very welcome. The hotel’s location was also perfect as it was conveniently located near the ski lift and offered stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Additionally, we appreciated the cozy atmosphere of the hotel, which made us feel at home.

One of the worst aspects of our stay was the lack of air-conditioning in the room. This made it uncomfortable to sleep during hot nights. Another disadvantage was the small and old TV in the room, which made watching TV a bit of a hassle. However, these issues were minor in comparison to the overall positive experience we had at the hotel.
